




Jocelyn de Moubray: Economics graduate, nearly worked for 'The Economist' sidetracked at last minute by racing and editor, writer and bloodstock consultant ever since. He has worked among many others with Pacemaker/International Thoroughbred, Eydon Hall Farm, Agence Francaise/Arqana, Newsells Park Stud, Gesut Roettgen, Haras de Saint Pair etc. Based in France for twenty-five years.

Arthur joined Oliver St Lawrence Bloodstock as a bloodstock agent in 2021, having spent over a decade working in the thoroughbred industry, both in the UK and abroad.
Following stints in Japan, Argentina and Australia, Arthur returned to work for Ed Bethell Racing before joining Oliver St Lawrence Bloodstock.
Arthur has shown great ingenuity in purchasing over fifty winners worldwide, often with a limited budget. The highlight being multiple Black-type winner Dilawar and Listed placed Bolt Action. He’s also purchased for many overseas clients, purchasing local Group 1 winners as well as mares and stallions.

Julian Dollar has been General Manager of Newsells Park since 2006, having successfully managed Castleton Lyons Farm in USA and previously been Assistant Manager to Chris Richardson at Cheveley Park Stud.
For the eighth consecutive year and tenth occasion overall, Newsells Park Stud was the leading consignor at Tattersalls October Yearling Sale Book 1 with a turnover of 13,415,000gns and average price of 638,810gns for 21 lots sold. However, it’s not just yearlings that Newsells excel in producing; their broodmare band are at the very heart of the Stud with selection based on successful racecourse performance, proven producers and exceptional pedigrees.

Kate is the TBA’s Deputy Chairman as well as being appointed to the Board of British racing’s independently chaired Horse Welfare Board (HWB)
Kate also manages her family’s successful breeding and racing enterprise, West Moor Stud. Among her recent successes has been the pinhooking of Blue Point with her brother Matt. who works for Cheveley Park Stud.
