5. Have the Equine Influenza (EI) and Equine Herpesvirus (EHV) vaccination records for mares due to travel to France for covering been carefully checked (boosters no more than 6 months apart) and re-started where required?

9. Have the passports for any deceased thoroughbreds been returned to Weatherbys with a note to confirm the date of death?
