Celebrate your team during Racing Staff Week 2023 with the TBA's support

Racing Welfare has announced that Racing Staff Week will return for its seventh year, taking place Saturday, 24 June - Saturday, 1 July. 
 
Racing Staff Week will bring the racing and breeding industry and its followers together to showcase the passion, skill and dedication of all the staff across the breadth of the industry. 
 
The TBA is sponsoring up to 15 stud staff summer parties to celebrate employees and teams for their hard work and success. 
 
Each stud will receive a £100 contribution to their parties. A party pack will also be sent to those in receipt of the £100. All entries will be entered into a ballot for allocation of funds. The TBA encourage members to match funds and celebrate their employees. 
 
If you would like to take part, please fill in the application form below. The TBA is working with Racing Welfare on the initiative and will provide useful hints and tips on how to organise an event. 
 
Terms of entry 

  • Applicant must employ a minimum of three employees
  • Applicant must be a fully paid TBA member
  • Applicant must apply for the funds before the closing date of Friday, 9 June. The TBA reserves the right to close entries sooner if required.
  • If more than 15 applications are made, entries will be entered into a ballot
  • The recipients are required to send a photo from their party, which will be shown at the TBA Flat Breeders' Awards Evening on Wednesday, 12 July
  • Recipients are encouraged to host the party on the week of Racing Staff Week (Saturday, 24 June - Saturday, 1 July ), or if this is not possible, hosting a party before this week can be used to promote and support on social media during Racing Staff Week. 

If you are unable to host a staff party in 2023, further information on how you can support Racing Staff Week will be circulated by Racing Welfare in the coming months.
