The TBA Employment Practices Forum is an event for stud farm employers covering the key themes of recruitment, people management, and employment practice.

The 2026 Forum will take place at York Racecourse in August and will include sessions on building competitive employment packages, attracting and selecting the right candidates, promoting careers in the thoroughbred breeding industry, and day-to-day people management and performance. An employment law update will also be included. Lunch and networking are included in the day.

The Forum is open to stud farm owners, managers, senior staff with supervisory responsibilities, and anyone involved in recruitment and people management on their operation.
