The Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association (TBA) is recruiting for a new senior position of Operations Manager, reporting to the Chief Executive. The Operations Manager will be a key member of the management team, advancing the TBA’s vital role in promoting and representing British Breeders’ interests.
This new role will support the TBA Board and its sub-committees, and include responsibility for:
● Management of the day-to-day operations of the TBA office and team
● Oversight of financial and operational policies and processes
● Company, legal and charity compliance requirements
● Representation of the TBA on industry groups and with industry bodies as required
Candidates should possess excellent all round communication skills, an attention to detail and the ability to work to demanding deadlines. They should also be able to evidence managerial level experience in an operational role, financial acumen and first class report writing. An interest in the Racing and Breeding Industry is essential.
