TBA £25k Bonus
The TBA is offering a bonus worth up to £25,000 in the form of a stallion nomination voucher to qualifying fillies that win one of the EBF Breeders’ Fillies Handicaps at Newmarket on 1st October 2016. The bonus will be available to fillies that are owned by current members of the TBA, who win or are placed in the EBF Breeders’ Fillies Series races (T&C’s apply).
The prize aims to encourage owners to race their fillies more often, increase field sizes and allow those fillies tested as racehorses to become the next generation of broodmares. The series and bonus also encourages fillies to stay in training longer and incentivise their retention in GB for breeding.

Annual Stallion Parade
Every year the TBA host a Stallion Parade at Tattersalls the first Thursday of February, preceding the first bloodstock auction of the year in Newmarket. This popular event gives breeders the unique opportunity to see a number of outstanding flat stallions simultaneously at one venue. The parade is in the morning and each stallion is shown individually in the Sales Ring.
After the parade, breeders are invited to inspect the stallions, where they can also speak with the stallions’ connections about their season mating plans. Everyone is also warmly invited to join us in the TBA Hospitality Box for refreshments.
Flat Racing Committee
The TBA’s Flat Racing Committee is Chaired by Julian Richmond-Watson and includes representatives from all areas of Racing and Breeding.
