The Next Generation Committee and Club

“The aim of the Next Generation Club is to encourage and retain a younger audience to the bloodstock industry, to help ensure the future health of British Breeding and Racing. To achieve this the Committee will promote education and create forums for young people to interact and learn about entrance in to the industry, and breeding the future generation of racehorses.”

The brainchild of TBA Chairman, Kirsten Rausing, the Committee comprises of a group of young individuals who work within the breeding and racing industry and who wish to ensure that there is a future generation of racehorse owners and breeders.

Members of the committee include Zenia Wright (Chairman), Tim Kent (Vice Chairman), Ed Harper , Hetty Stearn, Gina Bryce, Sam Hoskins, Matt Coleman, Mike Spence, Ali Rea, Jane Hedley, Daniel Polak.

The committee hope to enthuse as many young people as possible to this wonderful sport.

The TBA’s Next Generation Committee promotes access to the Bloodstock Industry for young people via education opportunities, social events and forums, to develop their passion for the thoroughbred horse, knowledge of the industry and network of contacts, thereby securing bloodstock’s future.
