Third Party Liability Insurance Cover for Domestic Members:
On the 1st March 2008 the TBA Third Party Liability Insurance Scheme will come into effect and all fully paid up British based Members of the TBA will be covered. It is designed to protect members in the event of a horse they own causing injury or damage to a third party or their property when away from its home premises.
It is important to note that for memberships due for annual renewal after 1st March 2008, the insurance will become void on the day that the subscription is due for renewal. To ensure that your membership remains valid please send a Direct Debit Mandate Form to us, this will ensure that your subscription is automatically renewed each year.
