TBA Sub-Committees
A significant aspect of the restructuring process was the review of the TBA sub-committees which now comprises six committees – Executive and Finance, National Hunt, Veterinary, Education and Employment, Political Lobbying and the Next Generation Committee, each with a specific mission statement (below) and a clear mandate, driven by their respective Chairmen and the Chief Executive. This structure will make the TBA a less bureaucratic organization, better able to respond to Council and sub-committee initiatives, whilst operating with a reduced number of employees and consultants.
