The March 2007 Stud Staff Award winner is Kathy Gallagher from Chasers Farm. Kathy has worked in the stud industry for 30 years, the last 15 of which have been spent working as head girl for Audrey Goodwin, who nominated Kathy for the award. As the only full time member of staff, Kathy foals all of the mares and ensures that the stud season runs smoothly. Her approach to sales preparation is exceptional with all of the horses being turned out to the highest standard. Kathy maintains this dedicated approach to all tasks on the stud and in all weathers.
