Daniel Lott

Following in his fathers’ footsteps, Daniel Lott entered the breeding industry straight from school, joining Shadwell Estates 11 years ago and serving his apprenticeship at Snarehill in the Rehabilitation Unit and Breaking Yard. Now working on The Nunnery Stud, Dan manages a yard of 40 barren and maiden mares and is also the Company’s second dedicated box driver which means Dan is responsible for transporting horses all over Europe.
A cheerful, positive and professional attitude, combined with a high standard of work and responsible attitude are some of the qualities attributed to Dan who was nominated for the Award by Assistant Manager Paul Holdsworth.
